Perennial Planters Garden Club

The Manchester Garden Club is proud to support their sister club, the Perennial Planters. For over 50 years, the Perennial Planters Garden Club’s mission has been to stimulate an interest in horticulture and to aid in the beautification of our environment. Every two years the club conducts Manchester's premier garden tour — "Through the Garden Gate". Proceeds from the tour help the group maintain public gardens (including Munro Park at the intersection of East Center and Porter Streets) and to contribute to garden related local and national charities and scholarships.

The Perennial Planters Garden Club is a small, hands-on organization which is conducive to meeting club objectives. Activities include informative speakers, fun and stimulating programs, working on community projects, the biennial garden tour, and maintaining Munro Garden.
